Failure to communicate through integrity

It does sadden me greatly to see the careers of decades for scores of people that have been demolished and absolutely, ruined. Indeed this goes much more so, always, for gentlewomen.
There are and forever will be around and in the same vicinity, ladies and gentlemen, and the varying genders and orientations. That’ll never change.
Whether it be in the workforce or not. And so to avoid defamation, the ruining of careers of so many which then drastically too affects one’s family and offspring is to get down to the truth, concretely, and to the bottom of things for both parties. For those on both ends perhaps would even be willing to sit down and truthfully talk in order to come to a caring, civil, and selfless resolution.
No one’s career or life wants to be ruined and turned upside down. Therefore one shouldn’t desire that for another.
It is a categorical and unequivocal fact that such deeds, experiences, and predicaments have major/drastic/tremendous, lifelong and long-term, effects on both parties. Yes the effects lend to gentlewomen, and gentlemen.
