The [Policy] per the rules/regulations/stipulations for the reportings, accusations, and claims surrounding sexual assault and sexual harassment within every school, place of gathering, and workplace:
*To not accept or believe the story or tellings from either party, man or woman, unless they’re both willing to speak and discuss whatever occurrence, accident, or incident face-to-face in order to come to a peaceful and understandable resolution and solution—in front of the person or persons to whom they’re reporting.
*Knowing that every lie told, truth untold, affects more than you initially presume when it comes to one’s occupation to feed and care for their loved ones.
*We can guarantee that once both parties willingly meet face-to-face and communicate directly, the supposed suspect, perpetrator, and victim to tell and share of both sides of the story, their stories and tellings will then differ and be altered out of shame to avoid any lie and fabrication.
*If you’re unwilling to logically and sensibly hear and listen to both sides of the story, your bias is crystal clear and you obviously have something negatively and adversely against one party or the other who you don’t care to hear from.
