My Leasing Office vs. Law Enforcement

When even those in my Leasing Office were involved with the theft of my vehicle and its belongings:

My keys that were inside my vehicle had been returned to my Leasing Office/Concierge by Law Enforcement, so when I asked about the vehicle specifically I’d received no response or follow-up.

So what it comes down to is whether or not my keys are left with/in my vehicle, they’re goal is to make it worse for me as possible.
