Is That All We Have to Say About the 2nd Amendment?

There shouldn’t be a litmus test when it comes to whether someone condones violence, or not, speaking to those in the Political Arena. Truly no sensible citizen cares merely about our support for the 2nd Amendment; we care about the practices and exercises of common sense…?

There’s no litmus test is regards to one’s religion in the Constitution because ALL forms of religions, religious beliefs and faiths condemn violence.

Second Amendment

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Notice well “regulated” Militia which means, there must be regulations put in place when it comes to weaponry.

So that’s one of the prerequisites, per se.

A Junta or a Military Junta has not been set in motion. Nor has Martial Law been declared or proclaimed.

A citizenry is not a Militia therefore we are not Militants or a Militancy.
