I think so much on as to how and why some people take the wordings of memes so personal.
If you’re guilty, you’re guilty. If it applies to you, it applies to you, it applies to us. If you’re not guilty, you’re not guilty. If it doesn’t apply to you, it doesn’t apply to you. If you hear/read/listen to something which isn’t clearly understood by you and you choose not for verifications and clarifications, that’s on you.
If you’re taking every written meme the wrong way, however, there’s obviously something deeply wrong and of which you’re voluminously guilty of.
Personally I do my best to learn and take one thing or another from any and whatever meme I read and consume, despite what such words address and are addressing.
